AGGRAVATED ROBBERY

Shortly after midnight on April 19th, three adult black male suspects entered the Phillips 66 Truck Stop at the above address, one suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money from the female clerk at the service counter.  Another of the suspects took the wallet of the clerk’s husband who was at the store at the time.  The suspects left the scene in a black 4-door vehicle.

It is believed that these suspects may also have been involved in a car-jacking robbery at 7201 Spencer in Deer Park earlier the same date, in which the victim was shot.  The vehicle stolen in that case was found abandoned at 6500 Spencer, where a witness observed three black male suspects getting into a black 4-door vehicle being driven by a black female.

Suspect #1 – Black Male, 20-30 years of age, 5’7” – 5’10”, 180-210 lbs., Muscular Build, Short Hair, Black Shirt and Shorts, Silver Handgun

Suspect #2 – Black Male, 20-30 years of age, 5’7” – 5’10”, 150-180 lbs., Medium Build, White Shirt/Black Shorts

Suspect #3 – Black Male, 20-30 years of age, 5’7” – 5’10”, 170-200 lbs., Medium Build, Black Shirt and Shorts
