Nader Naderi began his career with the City of Deer Park in 1980. Mr. Naderi has earned a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Houston and is a Certified Professional Engineer. He is a member of many professional organizations including the National Society of Professional Engineers, National Society of Civil Engineers, Texas Society of Civil Engineers, Texas Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Planning Association. He is an active member of the Deer Park Chamber of Commerce.
The administrative office for Public Works is located in City Hall. The department has over 90 employees across 10 divisions. As requests for service are presented to this department they are dispatched accordingy to the appropriate division. Public Works facilities include the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, Animal Shelter, Transfer Station, Traffic shop, and the Fleet Maintenance facility.
