W.B. "Bill" Patterson is proud to call the City of Deer Park, TX his home. Bill is very active in the community in the following capacities:

Elected to City Council, May 2008
Community
Active in Little League & Pony League for several years;
Past President of Battleground Men's Golf Association;
Member of First Baptist Church in Deer Park;
Participated on Mission Projects to Waveland, Mississippi to aid in Katrina Relief & to Fushan, China;
Currently serving on Finance Committee at First Baptist Church;
Currently serving on Educational Improvement Committee at Deer Park; and
Independent School District
Bill is married to Peggy Patterson and their family consists of two daughters, a son, and three grandchildren. Bill is a Honorable Discharge from the US Marine Corps with the rank of Sergeant. Bill graduated from Baylor University with degrees in Accounting & Economics. He retired from Shell Oil Company after holding positions in the Finance, Operations, & Information Technology Departments.
