Yoga
Yoga is a non-competitive, non-judgmental form of mind/body exercise that works to develop strength, cultivate flexibility, as well as toning muscles, improving balance and coordination and eliminating toxins from the body. All levels welcome. Some yoga mats are available or you can bring your own. Wear clothing suitable for exercise and movement. No shoes are needed. Practice in either socks or bare feet.
