The Engineering Division is responsible for reviewing subdivision plats and private development engineering plans, and overseeing the construction to ensure that the City's infrastructure is built to City Code and adheres to approved plans and contract documents.
The department oversees Capital Improvement Projects, Sewer Construction and Rehabilitation Projects, Waterline Improvement Projects, Street & Drainage Projects as well as vertical construction, including new city facilities.
