Fill out the Culvert Request Form and submit it to the public works department. After your information is reviewed by the Engineering Department you will be contacted with information concerning what size culvert you need to purchased. Please do not purchase any culvert material until after we contact you. After the culvert material has been purchased and delivered at your home, contact the Public Works Department and a work order will be issued for our Street Maintenance crew to install the culvert at no charge to the resident. Start by filling out the Culvert Request Form (PDF).
Be sure to secure doors on refrigerators, freezers, stoves, etc. to prevent children from getting inside. Either remove the doors completely or secure with duct tape or rope.

If you are having problems with vehicles speeding down your street you should contact the police department (281-479-1511) and ask if they can patrol the area more often.
