Regular Meeting Agenda and Minutes

Listed below are the meeting agendas and minutes for past two years plus the current year.  Meetings are held at City Hall, 710 E. San Augustine, Deer Park, TX 77536 in the Lobby Conference Room every 4th Tuesday of the month except for July & December.  No meetings are held in the months of July or December.  Lunch is provided after the meeting.   RSVP's are recommended for food count.  If you are interested in attending please reach out to us at - amsmith@deerparktx.org.
