With flexible rooms, a cozy lounge, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, and even pool rental options, the DAC is the perfect place to host your next event. Whether you’re planning something small and intimate or a large-scale gathering, our team is here to help make it a success.

Please note: All rentals must be made in person at the DAC with our Administrative Staff, located at 610 E. San Augustine, Deer Park, TX. Our staff will be happy to walk you through the reservation process and answer any questions about availability, guidelines, and rates. Office hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM and Friday 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM

Room Rentals

Planning a party, meeting, or special event? The Dow Active Complex has seven modern, flexible rental rooms that can be tailored to fit your occasion—whether it’s a birthday bash, baby shower, training session, or community banquet. Located side by side with retractable dividers, these rooms can be used individually or combined to create the perfect layout.

On the first floor of the Dow Active Complex, you’ll find a variety of flexible spaces perfect for hosting gatherings of all sizes. The Maple and Pecan Rooms each seat up to 40 guests and can be combined into one larger space accommodating up to 80 guests—complete with access to the adjoining patio, making it an excellent choice for parties, receptions, or workshops that spill into the outdoors. The Cypress Room also seats 40 guests and is a versatile standalone option, ideal for mid-sized events such as meetings, showers, or community groups. For smaller, more personal occasions, the Magnolia Lounge provides seating for up to 25 in a warm, inviting setting just off the main lobby, creating the perfect backdrop for cozy celebrations, brainstorming sessions, or club gatherings.

Upstairs at the Dow Active Complex, you’ll discover even more versatile spaces designed to bring your events to life. The Live Oak, Red Oak, and Water Oak Rooms each accommodate up to 64 guests, or they can be combined into one spacious venue for as many as 192 attendees—perfect for larger celebrations, conferences, or banquets. The Live Oak Room is equipped with a catering kitchen, making it especially convenient for events with food service, while all three upstairs rooms offer stunning views of City Hall and Dow Park that add a memorable backdrop to any occasion. Whether you’re planning a celebration, a training session, or a community gathering, these spaces provide the flexibility and atmosphere to make your event a success.

Room rental rates include 3 standard setup options. Please call 281-478-2050 for pricing on a custom setup.  All rentals will require payment of the entire rental rate plus a $250 refundable deposit at the time of rental.

After Hours:

M-F: 9pm-12am | Sa: 5pm-12am | Su: 9am-10pm

All rentals occurring during the after-hours time blocks will be charged an ADDITIONAL $40 per hour, per room.

Indoor Recreation Pool Rentals

Make a splash with your next event at the Dow Active Complex! Our indoor recreation pool is available for private rentals, offering a fun and unique setting for birthday parties, team celebrations, family gatherings, and more. With convenient poolside seating and access to the facility’s amenities, your guests can enjoy a safe, exciting, and memorable experience—rain or shine.

Minimum of 2 hours/Maximum of 4 hours

Earl Dunn Gym

Take your event to the next level in the Earl Dunn Gymnasium at the Dow Active Complex! This state-of-the-art gym is available for full-gym rentals only, giving you exclusive access to the entire space for your event. Perfect for tournaments, team gatherings, or large community events, the gym can be configured into six pickleball courts, two full-size basketball courts (or four smaller courts), and four volleyball courts—making it a truly versatile venue.
