Welcome to the Dow Active Complex (DAC)
We’re excited to have you join us at Deer Park’s premier state-of-the-art facility, designed to support your health, wellness, and recreation goals. At the DAC, you’ll find a variety of spaces to stay active, unwind, and connect—including our fully equipped fitness center, indoor recreational/therapy pool, and elevated indoor walking track. No matter your interests, there’s something here for everyone.

Minor Policy
Yes, minors are welcome at the Dow Active Complex; however, certain spaces and activities have age-based restrictions. We encourage families to review our Policy Guide for complete details on age requirements and guidelines.
Membership Cancellation Policy
To cancel a pass, please visit the front desk to complete a cancellation form.
Refund Policy:
- • Day passes and 3-month passes are non-refundable.
- • Annual passes are refundable after 4 months from the date of purchase.
- • If an annual pass is canceled before 4 months, a refund will be issued minus the cost of a 3-month pass.
Visitor Policy
No, all guests are required to purchase a day pass.
